A well-established law firm in South London are seeking an experienced private client paralegal to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Assisting with probate applications and estate administration
  • Preparing and submitting inheritance tax forms
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate client records
  • Managing files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing high-quality support to fee earner
  • Managing caseloads efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Keeping up to date with developments in private client law
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal (12 months experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, and trusts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
