Our client, a UK Express Delivery business, is seeking an Experienced Dynamic & Operationally Minded Depot Manager for their Croydon location.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience at a Senior Ops Management level in Parcels, Freight, Distribution, or Logistics.
The role involves managing customer service, P&L, warehouse sortation, bulk delivery, and operations with a team of over 60 staff.
The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 to £70,000, inclusive of a car allowance, along with bonus and pension benefits.
Ideal candidates will possess strong people management skills and a dynamic background in distribution and logistics.

The lucky individuals will have a minimum 2 years experience at a Senior Ops Management level and have a proven track record in Parcels/Freight/Distribution/Logistics.

You will be responsible for Customer Service,P&L,Warehouse sortation,Bulk delivery and operations.

Managing this depot with 60+ staff, you will have strong people management and development skills.This role would suit some one on the way up.
