Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 (Depending on Experience)
Are you a skilled Facade Site Manager looking to join a first-class residential developer in one of South London's most prestigious schemes? This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, overseeing the faade works for a landmark project.
The Role
As a Facade Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of faade works on site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality installations within time and budget constraints. You will work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure that all external finishes meet the developer's standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the faade contractors, ensuring all works are executed according to the project plan.
- Manage on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor progress and quality, resolving any on-site issues that may arise.
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Review and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Facade Site Manager within the residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of faade systems, cladding, and external finishes.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety practices on a construction site.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
