Commercial Gas Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and smooth operations. This role is office-based in Croydon two days per week and also allowing you to work from home with the rest spent managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support commercial gas engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety policies.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee quality control.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Handle scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial gas management or supervision.
• Relevant commercial gas qualifications (CODNCO1, COCN1, etc.).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• IT proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
• UK driving licence.
