Position: International Move Manager
Our client is a growing and well-established removals company that specialises in providing tailored relocation and moving solutions for individuals and businesses moving internationally. They are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic International Move Manager to join their team in Middlesex. They are looking for someone with a bright and bubbly personality who will fit seamlessly into their friendly and professional environment.
Role Overview:
As an International Move Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of international relocation projects. You will be the primary point of contact for both private and corporate clients, ensuring a smooth, stress-free moving experience. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and an energetic, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of international moves, including Household Goods (HHG) relocations.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing outstanding customer service and regular updates throughout the moving process.
- Develop and manage detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and global partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during relocations.
- Ensure all move-related documentation and records are accurately maintained.
- Provide expert advice on customs regulations, shipping logistics, and destination services.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and improve client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in international move coordination or move management.
- Strong knowledge of Household Goods (HHG) logistics and international relocation procedures.
- A bright, bubbly, and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in move management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to clients' varying needs and schedules.
