HR Business Partner (Temporary - 2 Months, with Potential Extension)Location: CroydonRate: Day rate based on £45,000 - £55,000 per annum equivalent

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. This role offers flexibility, with options to work 3 or 4 days per week. The position is based in Croydon, with occasional travel required to schools in the surrounding areas. Hybrid work is available as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple restructures across different departments.
  • Handle a high volume of complex employee relations (ER) cases.
  • Provide expert advice on ER cases, particularly those involving safeguarding allegations against staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing restructures and high-level employee relations cases.
  • A strong understanding of ER processes, including safeguarding in an educational setting.
  • Previous experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to schools as part of the role.
  • DBS/full vetting required.
