My client, a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides critical support to some of the most vulnerable in our society, now has an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their brilliant HR team on a permanent basis.

Please note; this role offers hybrid working with at least 3 days per week working from the office in South London.

As HR Business Partner, working as part of a supportive HR team, you will provide support and guidance to managers on a wide range of People practices, with a key focus on managing and resolving an ongoing caseload of employee relations matters. You'll provide HR expertise for teams that are implementing new people approaches and changes, build trusted relationships with managers to help drive business efficiency, work on organisational-wide HR projects and initiatives and much more!

This HR Business Partner role will ideally suit a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment and who can balance a process-driven and best practice approach with a need for pragmatic solutions and effective outcomes.

To be considered you will also require:

  • Significant experience in an HR generalist role, ideally qualified to CIPD Level 7 or working towards this
  • A track record of managing a varied and busy employee relations caseload and providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of ER matters, including TUPE and restructures
  • An up to date knowledge of UK HR legislation
  • Experience of using data and insights to drive the strategic HR plan
  • Experience of managing and delivering HR projects
