Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Croydon. This part-time role requires the candidate to be available for three days a week, with flexibility on which days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
- Support students with their learning and address any questions they may have.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and enjoys working with students.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
