We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in Croydon, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during lunchtime hours. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing care and support to children requiring additional assistance.

Day to Day of the Role
  • Supervise students with SEN during lunch breaks to ensure a safe and positive dining experience.
  • Assist in the management of student behaviour and ensure adherence to school policies.
  • Facilitate social interactions and promote inclusivity among students.
  • Respond to any incidents or emergencies with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to support the well-being of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • A compassionate and patient approach.
  • Enhanced DBS check (required or must be obtained before commencement of employment).
