About the Role:

Trident are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients NHS team in Croydon, South London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic NHS secondary care environment, providing essential pharmaceutical care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting drug history and medicines reconciliation
Performing clinical screening and TTA (To Take Away) screening
Utilizing EPMA (Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration) systems, with a preference for Cerner, as used at Croydon Health Services (CHS)

Requirements:

?? At least 2 years of NHS secondary care - ward experience
Proven ward-based experience in drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening
EPMA experience is essential (Ideally Cerner)
NHS experience is essential !!
GPHC registration essential
