Job Opportunity: Locum Pharmacy Technician MMT Ward Cover (South London)

We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years of NHS secondary care experience to join our team in South London. This role focuses on MMT ward cover and requires strong experience in ward-based services such as drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ward-based pharmacy services, including taking accurate drug histories and performing medicines reconciliation.
- Conduct clinical screening of prescriptions, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
- Carry out TTA (To Take Away) screening for patient discharges.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and optimize medication management on the wards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of NHS secondary care experience in a ward-based role.
- Strong knowledge of medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and discharge medication (TTA) processes.
- Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a busy ward environment.
- Immediate availability preferred.
