We are seeking an experience Plasterer to join a team on a permanent basis, this role involves working in the Beckenham and Bromley area with a company van provided for travel.

Starting salary 34,415 per annum - plus bonuses paid monthly after probation and very competitive call out rates.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Being part of the Repairs Team and support the team in its achieving first-time fixes

- Carry out all types of plastering work both internally and externally, including removal, full replastering of
properties, 'patch' plastering, plaster boarding, dry lining, floating and skimming, rendering, floor and wall
tiling, replastering using damp retardant plasters, etc, using a range of different materials and products
suitable for the works in hand.

- Perform damp & mould treatments and complete associated remedial works to help remove, prevent &
manage the risk of damp & mould.
Undertake pre-measuring in order to ascertain the nature of any work in order to facilitate its completion
against NHF codes

- Correctly complete all documentation and provide/input all information associated with the duties
undertaken.

- Drive company vehicles in a safe, careful and professional manner and in accordance with appropriate
policies.

- Fix and repair plasterwork, examinine and prime surfaces for plastering. Mix and prepare mortar, plaster and
other finishes.

- Manage and maintain an agreed range of stock/materials and equipment within the vehicle provided.

- Managing materials effectively with regard to minimising waste, choice of specification and logistics.

- Provide and use proficiently all necessary hand and power tools associated with the role and duties
undertaken.

- Ensure any issues or concerns regarding Damp & mould are recorded and escalated.
