My client is a Surrey based M&E and renewables contractor who work on projects within and around M25 from High End Residential, to commercial works. They are seeking e Mechanical / Plumber installer to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to fully installing a variety of plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
A successful plumber must have a thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.
The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids in line with statutory legislations.
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000
Hours: 40-hour week
Location: Sites Within M25

Duties:
- The range of work is going to be installing copper pipes ranging from 15mm to 54mm, installing Unistrut and clips, 1st and 2nd fix bathrooms, lagging, and installing waste pipes.
- Install heating and ventilation systems to provided drawings or as instructed
- Install all types of plumbing pipework and associated heat sources including ASHP’s, cooling and MVHR
- Working from site to site independently and reporting to the Mechanical Supervisors and other Department Heads as required
- Maintain excellent time keeping practices.
- Aim to achieve performance goals, targets and deadlines set out by upper management so as to ensure the objectives of the company are met
- Must be reliable and have a professional manner as you will be working directly with clients
- Working in a safe manner at all times and adhere to method statements
Qualifications & Experience
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber
- Plumbing NVQ Levels 2 minimum & 3 preferable
- Be able to demonstrate competency.
- Knowledge and background of key installation products and installation equipment.
- Clean UK Driving License
- Be able to demonstrate Continued Professional Development (CPD)
