Contract Length: 3-month assignment (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Role purpose:

  • To provide administrative support to the Gas Servicing Team to ensure that the annual gas inspections are completed across 12,500 properties within the London Borough of Croydon. This is a heavily regulated service, and the additional administrative positions are to support a current team of four staff.
  • Main duties will be to contact our residents via telephone and email, making appointments for our contractors to access our properties to complete the Gas Service. This will require excellent communication skills to work with our residents, recognising their individual needs.
  • Take ownership and work independently, be able to use Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Must be able to keep accurate records or progress.
  • Work across internal services to progress cases.
