About the Role - CroydonAcademics are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Long-Term Supply Teacher to join one of our amazing Partnered Primary Schools in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities: Long-Term Supply Teacher (Primary)
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Work collaboratively with staff and leadership to ensure the school's aims and values are upheld.
- Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development.
Requirements: Long-Term Supply Teacher (Primary)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching at the primary level.
- A strong commitment to children's education and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and school settings.
- Ability to commute to Croydon
