We are seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead and manage the SEND provision across the school. Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the strategic development of the school's SEND policy and provision.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to colleagues to foster inclusive practices.
- Oversee the management of EHCPs, referrals, assessments, and tailored interventions.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the support provided to SEND pupils.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a SENCo Qualification or be close to completing.
- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- In-depth knowledge of SEND strategies and relevant legislation.
- Experience working effectively with local authorities.
- Passion for ensuring all young people succeed.
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive, committed, and successful staff team.
- Robust understanding of the SEND Code of practice.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
