About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to join us at Tradewind Recruitment. This full-time role starts in October 2024. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience and a proven ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs
- Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote student development
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
- No Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for this role
