About the Role:

A Catholic primary school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team full-time starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and faith-based educational community.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 4 students in alignment with the National Curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the holistic development of students.
* Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices and school initiatives.
* Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching at the primary level, ideally Year 4.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
* Commitment to upholding the values and ethos of a Catholic educational environment.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
