Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Cover teaching assignments across various year groups and subjects in primary schools within the Croydon Borough.
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following the school's curriculum and policies.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and establish rapport with students to facilitate effective learning.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and well-being.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
Flexibility and availability to work on short notice, as per the demands of the role.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
