Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of Year 4 students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives and school-wide projects.

  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
