Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1-year contract basis from September. This contract is 5 days a week term time only. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalised support and assistance to our students.

Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons and activities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Assist in the implementation of behavioural interventions and strategies to support positive behaviour management.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress.
Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with Primary aged students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
