Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Offer one-on-one support to students, aiding them in achieving their educational objectives.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff to foster an enriching learning environment for SEN students.
- Adapt educational resources to suit the unique learning requirements of each student.
- Monitor and document the progress of students and communicate these findings to teachers and parents.
- Provide support to students facing emotional or behavioural challenges, aiding in their social skills development.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a preference for experience in SEN settings.
- A deep understanding of the unique challenges encountered by students with special educational needs.
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
