About the Role:
I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-profile residential development in South London. This project involves a combination of new build and refurbishment on a Grade II listed building. Key elements include RC frame, demolition, groundworks, steelwork, and internal/external works.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the project. You will work closely with design and commercial teams to ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate RC frame, groundworks, demolition, steelwork, and internal/external works.
  • Collaborate with the design and commercial teams to resolve challenges and maintain progress.
  • Oversee subcontractors, site staff, and project resources to meet objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.

Requirements:
