We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work within the Local Government
Location: Hybrid working - Croydon
About the role: You will be responsible for continuous improvement and development of construction and building surveying services through review of current processes involving stakeholders and departmental working, to achieve innovative and creative solutions and the introduction of new initiatives
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Senior Project Management background, with the following skills/ experience:
- A recognised professional surveying qualification.
- Experience in the provision of building surveying services.
- Experience of housing building maintenance and improvement works.
- Experience of managing and supervising contracts.
- Experience of using housing and asset related databases
- Knowledge of the legal and financial framework affecting the operations of a local authority housing department.
