Vacancy: ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, hardworking and experienced SeniorLetting Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager to joina well-known multi-office local agency who offer excellent earning and career development.

You will need to have some previous experience in working within a Lettings Agency, as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
You will need to have an excellent track record in both negotiating rental contracts, generating and winning new business opportunities.
Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage.

- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving licence and own car
