Example Recruitment Group is seeking Multi-traders for a prominent Social Housing provider managing properties in the South-East of the UK.
The role involves daily planned and reactive maintenance tasks, and candidates are required to be permanent Multi-traders.
The position offers a market-leading basic salary, a van, a fuel card, and 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Applicants should possess carpentry skills, patchwork plastering, basic plumbing skills, and general decorating abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Example Recruitment Group need Multi-traders to work for one of the UK`s most well establised Social Housing providers managing properties across the South-East. They are provided with planned and re-active maintenance works on a daily basis and need permanent Multi-traders.

You will need to have:

Carpentry skills
Boxing in around pipework
Patch work plastering
Basic Plumbing skills
General decorating/ making good
