An award-winning, global Construction Consultancy is looking to add a confident, ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing Croydon team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a small commercial team directly reporting to an Associate Director.
This role would suit an independent individual eager for flexibility, the Director works in the office 1x day per week and from site or home the remainder.
Whilst they can provide ample flexibility, this does not mean their support, guidance and training is lacking! The director you're working alongside heads up the firms RICS team and is the perfect person to help mentor and develop with both the APC and with any career aspirations.
The firm get involved in a variety of sectors including Hotel, Commercial, Public sector, and Healthcare schemes - though the focus initially would be to support on a number of upcoming Healthcare schemes around London.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS accredited degree
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year QS experience within a consultancy / PQS firm
- Basic pre and post contract experience is ideal
- Previous Healthcare experience is ideal
