- Agree final accounts in a suitable timeframe after completion of all works.
- Manage and control any variations and agree with the client accordingly.
- Monitor and apply for release of retentions.

- Cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the live project.
- Review of all costs, final preparation and issue of quotation ready to send to our client.
- Liaison with the Sales team providing consultation and guidance as to feasibility of each project
- Understand risk on projects and report all concerns.
- Advise on dispute resolution.
- Liaise with Operations Team on Commercial matters.
- Submit Interim valuations and payment assessments within the required timeframe to the client
- Minimum HNC in a construction related subject.
- Computer literate in software such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in construction or similar related industry
- An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality
