About the Role of Quantity Surveyor:

This freelancing role will be 5 days on site over a minimum of 6 months. The project involves the procurement and account management of a block.

About the Role of Design Manager:

• Immediate start
• 6 months freelance with view to extend
• Payment via CIS or umbrella

The ideal candidate for Design Manager:

• Residential experience
• Main contracting experience
• Refurbishment experience
