About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a good opportunity to join a London citric developer who work on multi-phase residential projects across London with an your project in South London made up of 900 units of private and affordable homes and landscaping. The project will run for approx 6 years and is currently in early stages.
Requirements for Commercial Manager:
You will be working on the project from early procurement stages working closely with the commercial manager to ensure the commercial success, through cost planning and financial control from procurement. You will be a team player who is highly organised and career minded, who enjoys working in a process driven and team environment.
- Proven track record with developer or main contractor on major projects
- Cradle to grave delivery
- Experience managing packages such as frame, ground works and M&E
