Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator or someone who is looking to progress a career in estate agency to join a well established estate agents.

You will need have a great track record in residential Lettings. You will need to be driven, proactive, have a real passion for property and strive to deliver a first class experience for the clients. Â In return you will receive a competitive salary package and future potential.
The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Croydon area who specialise in residential estate agency.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in residential lettings
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas would be helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
