They are an established, market leading, residential property acquisition/tech business located in South London. Currently in an exciting, pivotal growth phase, they are looking for ambitious, career orientated professionals to join their experienced team. They are backed by a well-known investment firm and this offers the perfect combination of a dynamic, fast paced, highly rewarding environment with a stable and solid base.

Duties & Responsibilities Property Underwriter:

Valuing and assessing risk for residential property

Working closely with customer experience and sales progression teams to ensure timelines are hit

Working with external partners / stakeholders

Using in house tools and your experience to establish initial valuation

Review formal offers following RICS survey

Present conclusions to management when seeking approval for offers

Update CRM to ensure customers and partners have the necessary information to understand valuation and subsequent offer

Person Profile Property Underwriter:

Estate agency sales, mortgage or property valuations experience required

Commercial acumen

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Good decision making skills

Strong communication skills

Proficient using MS Office and comfortable to work with various software platforms/CRMs.

A keen interest or exposure to property technology

Salary: £35-40,000

Total salary £50-55,000 inc bonus and commission

Hybrid working 3 days in office / 2 days from home.

Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm
