Property Manager

Next Chapter Talent is seeking a Property Manager to join a staple property management company based in Croydon.

You will be joining a collaborative team of professionals, working within a supportive and service driven environment where every person counts!

Your responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate all pre-tenancy works for your luxury portfolio of circa 100 - 120 London based properties

· Carry out property visits

· Oversee refurbishments projects from inception to completion

· Create accurate reports to present to the landlord

· Handle deposits

· Ensure safety certificate management for gas safety checks, portable appliance tests

· Manage insurance claims

· Issue section notices where required

· Maintain regular proactive communication with landlords and tenants

· Build and nurture strong business relationships with your colleagues, contractors, and portfolio contacts

· Liaise with multiple contractors to ensure works are carried out to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

This opportunity would suit a well-rounded Property Manager who is seeking a small portfolio to nurture and enhance.

· Have solid communication skills

.Show resilience when overcoming objections and solving problems

· Be proactive in your approach towards your work

· Be confident in your ability to cross-collaborate with neighbouring support departments

· Show an eagerness to learn and advance your career within the leasehold enviroment

· Have the ability to work well under your own initiative, but not proud enough to not ask for help if needed!

· Have 6+ months experience working with AST Property Management

Salary/Benefits

·£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary (dependent on level of experience)

· Funding to obtain industry qualifications

· Performance related bonus

· Referral bonuses
