All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.
- Outside IR35 role
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - £300 to £350 a day
- Over 2500properties to be surveyed
- Properties located in/aroundthe Croydon/Wandle area
- ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
- 12 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
- Full time only - 4/5 days a week and around 50+ surveys to be completed weekly.
- A higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field, which is considered equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
- An NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 4 in a construction-based course, which is also equivalent to an HN (Higher National) Certificate.
