The position is with an award-winning Estate Agency located in the South East of London.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management.
Strong knowledge of tenancy law, dispute management, and current legislation is required.
Experience with rent arrears, renewals, tenant deposits, and property maintenance issues is essential.
The role offers a quarterly bonus as part of the benefits package.

5 days in the office - 8:30am - 5pm

You wil need:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management.

Strong knowledge of tenancy law, dispute management, and all current legislation.

Experience dealing with rent arrears, renewals tenants deposits, and property maintenance issues.

Desirable:

Management experience

Knowledge of CFP (or similar property management software), a distinct advantage.
