Join a great client of ours in the Croydon area as a Front of House Customer Service Representative. You will be the first and last impression our customers have of our centre, and we aim to make it a positive one. This role is ideal for someone who is keen, well-spoken, and enthusiastic with experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answer telephones in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
  • Liaise with customers by phone, email, and in person, ensuring outstanding customer care throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate with insurers and accident management companies.
  • Keep customers and insurers updated with the repair status.
  • Manage communication logs and update the management system.
  • Load jobs on the management system – Autoflow (training provided).
  • Book customer in 
  • Organise collection/delivery of vehicles and check in/out customers' 
  • Report and log incidents 
  • Handle payments by phone and in person.
  • Organise transporter drivers’ daily work schedules.
  • Update the booking diary daily and liaise with other departments.
  • Solve problems and multitask effectively.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets to monitor workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role.
  • Professional and confident manner, with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
