MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, understanding their needs to provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Source, attract, and interview candidates to create a robust talent pool for current and future client needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing to candidate placement.
  • Provide advice and market knowledge to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate terms of business and rates with clients, ensuring a professional service is delivered at all times.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments to provide insightful consultancy services to clients.
  • Meet and exceed targets relating to the number of candidates placed, revenue generated, and client engagement activities.
