I am recruiting for a national contract caterer who has a big presence within Business and Industry catering in the Uk.
They are looking to appoint a Catering Manager who will be responsible for the management of the on-site catering and Hospitality at this corporate head office in Surrey
The Catering Manager will manage the day-to-day relationship with the client and inspire the team to deliver an excellent, innovative food offer underpinned by fantastic customer service. Ensuring all legal Health & Safety / Food Safety and company policies are up to date and completed.
The Catering Manager will ensure all budgets are managed in line with the clients requirements, monthly forecasting and to take actions where necessary.
Working closely with the head chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation / menu planning.
The Catering Manager experience will include.
B&I experience in a fixed price or cost-plus environment.
Must be a great team player, excellent communicator, fun, enthusiastic and professional at all times.
Enthusiasm for the industry, passion for food and understanding of the changing industry.
