Operations Support Manager - Electronic Security Systems
Salary to £50,000 + 10% of salary annual bonus + Company Car (Business + Personal use)
This role is to work for a Fire and Security Systems company supporting the Contracts Manager on a large housing association’s support maintenance contract.
Applicants for this role should be an experienced Field Service Supervisor / Manager, a Contracts Manager / Supervisor or a Senior Level / Lead Security Systems Engineer looking to move off the tools into management.
The contract covers mostly the SE of London, Surrey and Sussex area.
Your role would be to manage a team of Field Service Engineers on any reactive, remedial calls and small works projects on Door Entry, Access Control and CCTV systems, that are near SLA or over SLA response times, ensuring work is completed within contractual guidelines.
You will carry out inspections post completion to ensure a high standard of work.
All candidates must have technical knowledge of Fire, Door Entry, Access control, CCTV Systems.
You must have hands on experience working with engineering teams and knowledge of the Health and Safety requirements.
Candidates will need to pass a DBS check and have a valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6-points (manual licence is preferred)
Must live in South London, Surrey, Sussex or Kent area.
