Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Croydon. This full-time role requires the candidate to be available five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
  • Lead small group sessions and interventions.
  • Provide support to students with their learning activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
