- The SSD Engineer/ Service Engineer SSD role will involve Installations, Commissiong and planned and reactive maintenance of Steelco equipment/Sterilisers in Sterile Services departments in London, Greater London and the South East.
- The Service Engineer SSD/ Service Engineer SSD will also be responsible for delivering technical support, managing service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure to smooth-running of equipment at their customer sites.
Person Specification
- Familiarity with Sterilisers and Washer Disinfectors is highly advantageous, as is a working knowledge of working within a healthcare decontamination environment.
We are particularly interested in applicants with the following:
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems on complex electro-mechanical equipment
- Relevant industry qualifications STM2 & 3, WTM1
- Experience with maintaining and servicing within a regulated industry environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with proactive and flexible approach to their work
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs
- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
Package
£38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
Company car or car allowance. (£600 a month) + fuel card for personal - Volvo & Skoda
£500 float for expenses up front.
