- Old-School Foreperson Vibes: We’re after an old-school foreperson – someone who’s hands-on and still loves being in the workshop. You’ll be walking the floor, jumping in to help out, and making sure the quality of work is always top-notch. No sitting back and just managing!
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
- Strong technical expertise – this is a must.
- Someone with a bit of the old-school foreperson spirit – leading by example and always ready to help.
