Home based Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA
Salary up to 41,052 + 2,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South London area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
The role is home based, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
They are therapeutic and they use a Team Parenting Approach. You will work closely with therapists, education leads and other Social Workers and the child's birth parents may also be involved.
You will receive ongoing therapeutic training, so you can develop your skills and progress your career with them.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around the South London area.
In this role, you will not be completing any Form F Assessments, so the role will be just to provide support and supervision to the foster families.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
