Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources for individual pupils.
  • Help students build confidence and develop key skills in a nurturing environment.
  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning programs.
  • Promote inclusion and ensure all students feel valued and supported.
  • Assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and general learning support tasks.

About You

  • A caring and patient individual who is passionate about supporting childrens development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
