Our client a Healthcare Services provider for adults with complex mental health needs, challenging behaviours and learning disabilities is seeking a dedicated Service Manager. This role is pivotal in leading and inspiring a team, developing tailored care plans, to oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained. and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life of those we support, making a tangible difference every day.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead the service, staff, and the individuals we support, ensuring a harmonious and effective environment.
  • Develop and implement policies that uphold high standards of care.
  • Create and oversee the execution of person-centred care plans, tailored to the individual needs and wishes of those we support.
  • Foster a positive, supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation and maintain thorough, accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A QCF Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards obtaining this qualification.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a care setting, preferably supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities.
  • Proven experience in positive behaviour support and managing transitions from hospital to supported living environments.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional leadership.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
