Supervising Social Worker - South London - Caseload: 7
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a small Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in South London.
They have a low caseload: 7 foster families, allowing you to have enough time to focus on each of them and also to have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to the foster carers, that are located around South London (Croydon, Mitcham, Norbury). There is an expectation to complete Form F Assessments also, however the Manager is happy to provide support and training with this.
This is a hybrid role with one or two days per week work from home and the rest in their office in Croydon.

Requirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree also.
