The Role

You will support the Supported Housing Manager in overseeing accommodation-based services, ensuring clients receive high-quality housing and support. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with an on-call commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Housing Management
- Oversee individualised support plans and risk assessments.
- Promote a trauma-informed approach to care.
- Ensure properties meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and client engagement.
Team Management
- Supervise Housing Officers, Care and Support Workers, and Concierge staff.
- Conduct staff appraisals, training, and team meetings.
- Support with rota management and ensure adequate cover for services.
Service Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure services comply with health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
- Audit services regularly and report findings.
- Address complaints and work on continuous service improvements.
Partnership Working
- Work alongside mental health teams, social workers, and external agencies.
- Support clients in engaging with the wider community.

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in supported housing and mental health services
- Can manage a team and oversee housing operations
- Understands housing-related welfare benefits and tenancy support
- Is confident in working under pressure and handling challenges
- Is committed to delivering high standards of care and support
A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
