Home based Supervising Social Worker
Salary up to 41,052 + 2,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in South London in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role, so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a better work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around Croydon, Wandsworth, Surrey, Streatham, Beckenham, Kingston and Thornton Heath.
In this role, you will not be completing any Form F Assessments, so the role will be just to provide support and supervision to the foster families.

The Supervising Social Worker will join an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They are therapeutic and they use a Team Parenting Approach. You will work closely with therapists, education leads and other Social Workers and the child's birth parents may also be involved.
You will receive ongoing therapeutic training, so you can develop your skills and progress your career with them.
The team is very stable and the manager is very supportive and friendly, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.
They offer a very good annual leave - 30 days (that can increase to 35 days per year) + bank holidays, allowing you to have a good work - life balance.
Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
