Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm

About the Trust:

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Experience of working in a community mental health team
  • Experience with some who has intervention
  • Correct registration body

About the role:

The role is for care co-ordinators who will be given a case load. They are an early intervention service, and we work with people who suffer first episode of psychosis. You will work closely with our clients, their families and carer’s and ensuring an assertive outreach approach.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and working alongside, our Psychiatrists, Psychologists including a FI specialist and CBT worker, nurses, social workers, and OT’s along with our employment specialists.
