We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging HLTA to join a vibrant SEN school in the Croydon Borough. The role will include supporting students with their learning, as well delivering lessons where the teacher is absent and coaching learners that need extra care to develop their learning. The school provides a high standard of education and therapy to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as 6th form. The students have various learning needs, including Autism, complex learning difficulties, severe and moderate learning difficulties.

The successful HLTA will be responsible for supporting students in class, on a one-to-one basis and for delivering lessons where required. The school has a student focussed approach to education and the curriculum is tailored to the needs of each student.

The school provides a flexible approach to providing an accessible and truly inclusive education that meets the complex needs of each student. As such, the ideal HLTA will need to work effectively as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team to provide the best possible outcome for each student.
